ADHD + Quitting, Garden shed broadcasting, and a Spice Girls Medley - your weekly instalment of Carousel living!
Happy Monday, Carousellers!
Hope you're enjoying the snow if you're in London. What a magical day!
I want to share 3 things from my audiovisual Carousel today... (If you're new to Carousel, you can read more here.)
1. Yesterday I filled my house with friends and song once again for a Day of Musical Joy.
Here is our Spice Girls' Medley, which includes two Christmas no.1s.
2. Something shifted last week, because after sharing that I was stuck and I might want to do my podcast a different way, I suddenly had so much energy and focus to release the next episode. You can listen to the insightful Matthew Bellringer talking about what ADHD can teach us about Quitting here.
3. I've started a Breakfast Radio show with Jenn Crothers, who I worked with at Glasto this year. It's a mixture of pumping tunes, life advice, live gigs, attempts to be coherent at 8am pre-coffee and 'wisdom' from our resident astrologer - Sarah Moany. This week we had the wonderful Selina Barker as our guest, sharing all things life design and end of year reflection. It was through doing Selina's course in 2013 that I first considered leaving full time work and making a life full of activities that felt joyful and in-flow. You can listen back here! Great for a long walk in the snow, cooking a roast or having a bath.
Next show is Friday 16th Dec 8-10 on Boogaloo Radio

(Jenn and I wrapped up warm in the garden shed of the Boogaloo pub)
Wishing you a wonderful week and let me know if you tune in on Friday - we always do shout outs to the listeners!
