A lil voice note from me today. Have a cuppa, take a short walk, run a bath, chop some carrots.

In a newsletter recently the writer talked about ‘the balance of pushing through versus listening to what you need or feel’.

This really sat with me and after pushing myself to go for a run just now, I thought I’d share 3 ways that I check in with whether to push on or chill the f*ck out.
